It seems like a matter of generations, but the success of WD Italia lies entirely in the hands of Andrea Stillitano and his team. As with other more well-known stories, his story, after graduating in cabinetmaking and gilding techniques from Italy's oldest cabinetmaking school, the Scuole Tecniche San Carlo, began in a garage: his first jobs, word of mouth from satisfied customers, repairs, restorations, and finally the opening of his own business in 2007. The ideals he pursues, those that have allowed him to establish himself and grow over time, remain the same and primarily concern what he calls the human aspect of entrepreneurship: nurturing relationships with customers, an almost convivial dimension that allows him to truly understand the tastes and needs of each individual, in every circumstance.
